Do you ever wonder where you could be right now if you had started that thing back then? I am not a huge fan of this type of thought process as it tends to carry a sense of regret or guilt, however, I do think there is value in reflecting on the passing of time with regards to where we were, where we currently are at and where we would like to be going. As a physical therapist, I speak to this with an emphasis on improving health and wellness.
