Who’s Your Coach?

Endlessly upbeat, science loving, all things endurance sport junky & physical therapist Danny Foerster knows exactly where you are coming from. It’s his own years of training, setbacks and breakthroughs, that have led him to a passion for helping athletes of all backgrounds cross the finish of their first 50k or reach the podium they’e been missing so narrowly.

Our philosophy is simple and straightforward. The most important building blocks to success are creating and maintaining consistency, matching training to your specific sport(s) AND giving the process time. We want you training happy for years to come and accomplishing goals you never dreamt of today.

Strength Training

We believe that strength training is a secret weapon not just in reducing injury but also in getting you to reach those big goals. Danny is a science and strength geek and he loves incorporating the appropriate strength work for each cycle of training. He’ll build a plan that complements your goals.

When Danny and I started working together, my training was haphazard and largely unproductive. I had aspirations of running longer distance races but knew I was going to have trouble meeting those goals without a structured program. In the weekly training schedule Danny puts together, every workout has a purpose, keeping short and long term goals in mind. Last year, I completed my first 50 mile run 3 hours faster than I anticipated. I attribute the structured training to that success. Danny is always willing to answer questions and make adjustments to the program, depending on my schedule or how I’m feeling; he also offers great moral support if a workout doesn’t go as planned because he’s been there too.
