Seasonal weekly community track workouts open to all ages, experience LEvels and abilities.


Every spring through early fall (start and end dates vary with the strength/duration of winter) we host a weekly community track workout for anyone who loves to run, wants to improve, wants to grow their running community or any and all of the above.

We have athletes of varying experience, abilities, that are training for very different events (CrossFit to Spartan races, 5k to ironman). Workouts are created and led by PT and coach Danny. He’ll guide you through the intention of the training session (endurance focus vs speed vs power vs lactate recycling, etc) and explain how to scale the workouts in repetitions and intensity to match your current fitness and strength.


Where: Bozeman High School Track

When: Spring-Fall (exact dates TBD); 6:30-7:45pm

Bring/Wear: Running attire and shoes, water and snacks (if needed)

We run rain or shine. :)
